The Give and Grow partnered with adidas and All Day Fit in Toronto, Ontario, to host a workshop for 30 youth from a local girls' basketball program. The day began with an energizing workout led by two female coaches from All Day Fit, followed by a Give and Grow workshop where the girls customized their own adidas basketball planters. The event provided an opportunity for the participants to connect, learn something new about one another, and have a memorable experience blending fitness, creativity, and community.
