The Give and Grow participated in multiple events leading up to the NBA Game in Mexico City, featuring the Atlanta Hawks vs. Orlando Magic. Each year, the NBA hosts this game in Mexico City, offering Mexican fans a chance to engage in community events, exclusive pop-ups, and interactive meet-and-greets with players. In collaboration with adidas and Lust, a basketball court mural was painted in honor of Trae Young of the Hawks, who visited to connect with fans and take part in basketball activities.

The NBA game itself attracted over 16,000 fans, creating an electrifying atmosphere. Special thanks to NBA Canada and NBA Mexico for gifting us tickets to the game!

Owner, Olivia Ho, had the privilege of participating in the jr NBA Her Time to Play event, which brought together over 100 grade school youth to participate in on-court activities and basketball skills and drills. Olivia was able to use her 15 years of on court coaching experience to hop in and execute! Thank you to NBA Mexico for giving us the opportunity to help grow the next generation
