For Women's Month, The Give and Grow hosted a vibrant weekend pop-up at Shopify NYC, drawing over 360 attendees across two days. The event featured a marketplace with five women-owned businesses and a Women in Sport panel spotlighting NYC basketball changemakers Chiene Jones, Batouly Camara, and Lexi Mickens. A highlight of the weekend was a vision board workshop led by Jocelyn Hu, where participants created basketball-themed "vision back-boards" to manifest their goals. Partnering with Jordan Brand, 15 lucky youth from the Grow Our Game organization received shoes, merchandise, and the chance to customize their own Jordan basketball planters while engaging in meaningful conversations about navigating the sports world as young girls. We closed off the weekend with yoga, and creative workshops where like-minded women continued to engage with each other, learn, and grow.
